GSO is able to provide “training+counselling” interventions to support the development and strengthening of gaps emerged during an Assessment or Development Center. The resulting weak competencies are then subject to training to gain swift reinforcement.

Motivation Center® System
GSO is able to help reach awareness on self and others’ motivational drives, as well as maintain enthusiasm and motivation. This is thought as a means to understand how people can work at their best and become fully aware of self and others’ motivations.
Different versions are available: Motivation Center® Manager, Motivation Center® Resources, Motivation Center® Team.

Motivation Center® Manager
Managers are supported in broadening their views on what either maintains or inhibits motivation, in order to facilitate employee management.

Motivation Center® Resources

People are supported through a process of recognition and relevant communication of key “motivational ingredients”. A motivational coaching session can be planned in cases of dif?culty, in regards to motivational matters.

Motivation Center® Team

Members of a team develop and share awareness of own motivations so that diversity can be regarded as an added value to allow growth.
