1. The GSO Interational team

GSO può contare su una struttura ad alta seniority formata da 30 consulenti che operano anche a livello internazionale sviluppando e seguendo progetti in italiano, inglese, francese, spagnolo e rumeno.

GSO can count on a senior structure with 40 consultants who can design and deliver projects in Italian, English, French, Spanish and Romanian.

GSO consultants have been involved in a number of international projects with:

• global” teams made up of North American / European / Asian participant;
• national groups from different countries and areas (Croatia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Egypt, Libya, Nigeria, Congo, the Middle East).

Moreover, GSO operates directly in France through Potentiel et Talents - member of GSO International, based in Paris.

2.    The GAPI network

GAPI (Global Alliance for Performance Improvement) is an International network of agencies specialized in HRM consultancy.

GAPI is present in numerous countries (Belgium, Chile, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, India, Italy, The Netherlands, Switzerland and USA). GAPI’s members share the same approach and have all excellent expertise especially in the field of people assessment and development.

GSO runs international projects with GAPI partners, encouraging the exchange of best practices and their adaptation to different cultural contexts.

The GAPI “philosophy” is based on providing global know how and a global service combined with: highly reputable local consultants, local fees, local languages and understanding of local cultures.

3.    Other international partnership

GSO has defined further partnerships in order to deliver projects in Eastern Europe with local consultants speaking Russian, Polish, Hungarian and Estonian, as well as in Brazil, China and the Middle East.
