Coaching meetings alternate on the job exercises and integrate with synergy every day work with self-development. Personal Coaching Personal Coaching accompanies the realization of a self-development plan which follows an individual diagnosis, optimizing learning time. The process is organized in a way that allows coachee, boss and HR to monitor progress and the assessment of results. Team Coaching GSO’s Team Coaching allows for individual coaching courses within groups. Participants both provide and are given support for the development of their competences and are able to learn a method which can be later used with co-workers.
